University of East London Gym

UEL has a nice and very equip facility called SportsDock, for your physical and mental health exercises which can help you to stay active no matter who you are nor your age.

It is also a friendly environment in which everyone is welcome into the gym as long as you comply with the gym center policies.
One good thing about the gym center is that you are permitted to host your event using any of the rooms in the facility be it the conference room or arena.
